Very nice work. You really ought to see about getting an
award for the video as a documentary. I remember Trains magazine boasting about something called a Telly award???

Thanks for sending along the DVD. I think it is excellent. The strongest
point of the video is all the people you put in it. Listening to them
talk about first hand experiences was great. the stuff with Steve L and
the other guys working snow service was excellent. This is really a very
well put together show. For someone who has never rode a spreader this
is a great show and you really get the feeling of being there. I give
this an A grade. It was also very entertaining for someone like me who
knows the operation so well. I watched it start the finish twice in a
row because I liked it so well.
Hopefully we will spend a little time together up there this winter.
Pechner is talking about a mild El Nino this winter which could mean
above normal snowfall. That would be fine with me.
Looking forward to seeing you this winter.

I got the DVD yesterday. It was worth the wait! I really enjoyed it. Talk
about perfect timing; I was just getting ready to cancel since I was going
to Reno today and knew that a hobby shop there had it. I was so impressed
with the video that I got "Night of the Flanger" and "Day of the Spreader"
today. I loved both of them as well.
I am looking forward to adding more to my collection as well.
